For those wanting to discover more about animation in education
Earth in Space
This was a first animation attempt made by a group of yr 5 students who had been absent when everyone else did their planning and preparation. It was to show Earth rotating on it's axis and orbited by the moon, but they got distracted and an alien got added at the last minute. We talked afterwards about what worked and hadn't and they agreed next time they would simplify their plans and stick to the storyboard!
