Animation For Education

For those wanting to discover more about animation in education

Animation by 4VH in their Spanish lesson, inspired by El Carnaval de los animales (Saints Saen) and Unit 11 of QCA Key Stage 2 Spanish SoW. Pairs of pupil animated each animal and provided the voiceover in Spanish.

I like the lions best! Not sure if the Giraffes can do that in a school! But brilliant first attempt and a fun simple idea. sounds like the kids had fun.

Thanks Andrew! 4VH are very proud of themselves and can't wait to tell everyone that they're on Youtube :o)
The kids were told to 'parade' their animals with no instruction as to how apart from slowly, so the dancing, fighting, jumping etc is all their own work.

Love the animation, truly a carnival of animals. The animation works very well with the narrative - well done you should be proud of your first attempt at animation. Not sure what the giraffes are up to though :-)
